Job summary

Northrop Grumman Space Systems, Propulsion Systems, is recruiting for Program Manager 3 roles in Utah (Magna/Bacchus) or Promontory for Strategic, Advance and Space Launch programs. Positions are 100% on-site.

Reporting to the Director of Programs, you will manage program execution, develop growth strategies, maintain P&L accountability, and supervise staff across functional teams. A Bachelor’s in Engineering/Business/Finance and 10+ years of government contracts experience are required, with a

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or Finance and 10 years’ US Government contracts experience.
5+ years’ experience leading performance on schedule and cost in programs.
Experience leading cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.
Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

Lead program execution across safety, quality, schedule, technical requirements, and cost.
Manage teams to achieve production, billing, and revenue milestones.
Provide leadership and guidance to program managers, interns, and cross-functional team members.
Drive a results-oriented culture, identify cost vs. risk improvements.
Represent Northrop Grumman to customers and align capabilities with needs.
Execute programs and resolve issues per contracts, regulations, and procedures.
Balance customer, company, and employee interests in program decisions.
Lead participation in customer and internal working group meetings.
