Northrop Grumman is seeking a Senior Programs Director to lead the Space Payloads Operating Unit within NGMS/MNX. You will guide cross-functional teams to deliver programs from early development through sustainment in a fast-paced environment.
The role requires 12+ years in program management or a Master’s with 10+ years, with space-domain leadership, P&L ownership, and strong executive briefing skills. US citizenship and TS/SCI clearance with up to 25% travel are expected.

Northrop Grumman Mission Systems (NGMS) sector and the Mission Next Division (MNX) is looking for a Senior Programs Director to lead the Space Payloads Operating Unit. The Payload spans all phases of programs, early development through sustainment with exciting opportunities to work in a fast-paced environment.
