Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience.
• Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience.
• In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.
• Ability to obtain a TS/SCI Clearance

Responsibilities

• Lead integration and test activities for sub-component hardware, including subassembly and system builds.
• Develop detailed mechanical integration work instructions for Engineering Technicians.
• Create and maintain manufacturing and test plans to support production and verification needs.
• Estimate manufacturing costs, establish time standards, and recommend tooling and process requirements.
• Support assembly operations by implementing design updates and driving process improvements.
• Use Lean Six Sigma methods to identify and implement process optimization opportunities.
• Participate in production validation through environmental testing and spacecraft-level tests.
• Provide day-to-day leadership for technician teams performing manufacturing, integration, and test operations.
