Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; 8 years relevant experience or 2 years post-secondary with 5 years related experience.
• 1+ year of Metrology experience to create and execute measurement plans using laser trackers, radars, CMMs.

Responsibilities

• Support space vehicle/satellite manufacturing.
• Lead technician responsibilities with limited supervision.
• Create and execute measurement plans using laser trackers, radars and CMM style equipment.
• Follow engineering drawings and manufacturing processes; update processes for SV manufacturing, test and payload processing.
• Environment testing of space flight hardware.
• Move equipment weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Lead pre-task and safety briefings; coordinate hand-off to alternate shift teams.
