Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in engineering, architecture, or construction management.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and calculations.
• Experience with project management of major construction projects including estimating, cost control, schedule, and contractor management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee lifecycle of multidisciplinary construction projects to achieve on-time and under-budget delivery with customer satisfaction.
• Gather proposals from architects, engineers, vendors, or contractors; evaluate bids.
• Develop final cost and schedule for the project; implement controls for cost, schedule, and scope.
• Coordinate with end user and facilities team for building operations and maintenance; manage site safety and environmental requirements.
