Qualifications

• 8+ years of On-Site Project Management or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project, Visio).
• Ability to walk construction sites, climb stairs, endure adverse weather, and stand for long periods.
• Experience with Project Management Tools such as MS Project, P6 Primavera, PMWeb, Smartsheet.
• Hands-on problem solving and passion for spacecraft systems.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Self-starter with bias for action and ability to work independently.
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• US citizen or eligible to work in the U.S.
• OSHA Certification

Responsibilities

• Planning, management direction, project completion, client satisfaction, and financial outcomes of construction projects.
• Providing field oversight, creating schedules, and coordinating with teams.
• Negotiating contracts with General Contractors and subcontractors.
• Developing and managing project documentation.
• Ensuring compliance with state and government regulations and guidelines.
• Managing multiple projects with creativity in challenging situations.
• Monitoring field staff performance and interfacing with project managers and engineers.
• Managing budgets and revising as needed.
• Developing short and long-term schedule strategies.
• Enforcing safety, quality, and ethical standards.
• Reporting progress and KPIs; coordinating with stakeholders.
• Assisting in change management and contract negotiations.
• Conducting site visits and reviewing invoices and payments.
• Resolving payment or performance disputes.
