Rocket Lab is seeking a Senior Contract Manager to lead contract administration for government and commercial programs in Tucson, AZ. You will interpret FAR/DFARS, negotiate terms, and ensure compliance across multiple contracts while supporting proposals and invoicing.

Required: DoD contract experience and Top Secret/SCI clearance; ability to collaborate with engineers, lawyers, and program teams in a fast-paced environment. On-site role with ITAR considerations.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of contract administration/management experience in Space/A&D industries.
• Extensive knowledge of Government contracts, OTA, FAR/DFARS.
• Experience negotiating commercial terms and conditions.
• Experience managing DoD prime contracts and/or subcontracts.
• RFP analysis and proposal preparation experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Top Secret/SCI clearance.

Aufgaben

• Negotiate and administer government and commercial contracts, subcontracts, NDAs, teaming agreements, and IP licenses.
• Review and interpret contract provisions and agreement types.
• Analyze model contract terms and conditions for program implications and disseminate to stakeholders.
• Interface with customers on contractual compliance, changes, disputes, or equitable adjustments.
• Assist proposals review and preparation in response to solicitations and RFIs.
• Create and maintain contract and business files.
• Maintain relationships with government and customer counterparts.
• Assist Accounts Receivable with invoicing and payments.
