Rocket Lab in Tucson, AZ seeks a Senior Contract Manager to lead contract administration across government and commercial programs. You will negotiate contracts, interpret terms, and liaise with government partners while supporting proposals and invoicing.

The role demands strong compliance, proactive communication, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate has extensive DoD contracting experience, OTAs familiarity, and eligibility for Top Secret/SCI clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of contract administration/management in Space and/or Aerospace & Defense industries.
• Extensive knowledge of Government contracts, OTAs, FAR and DFARS.
• Experience negotiating commercial terms and conditions and managing DoD prime contracts/subcontracts.

Responsabilités

• Negotiate and administer government and commercial contracts, subcontracts, NDAs, teaming agreements and IP licenses.
• Review contract provisions and agreement types and interpret terms for programs.
• Analyze contract terms for implications and share findings with leadership.
• Serve as primary customer interface for contractual compliance matters including changes and disputes.
• Assist proposal review and preparation in response to Government/commercial solicitations and RFIs.
• Create and maintain contract/business files.
• Maintain relationships with Government and other customer counterparts and internal stakeholders.
• Assist Accounts Receivable in generating invoices and payments with Government and commercial customers.
