Blue Origin in Austin, TX is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to lead complex construction initiatives across facilities and infrastructure. You will oversee planning, scheduling, budgets, quality, safety, and stakeholder coordination to deliver world-class spaces.

The role requires 8+ years of on-site project management, proficiency with MS Project/Primavera, and a track record of delivering multiple projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of On-Site Project Management or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project, Visio).
• Ability to manage multiple projects, strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with scheduling, budgets, and contract management.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and complete construction projects with client satisfaction and financial success.
• Provide field oversight, create schedules, and manage documentation.
• Negotiate contracts with general contractors and subs; monitor progress and budgets.
• Develop progress reports, manage changes, and ensure safety and quality standards.
