Job summary

Blue Origin LLC seeks a Construction Superintendent to lead complex projects at the Central Texas Facility. You will initiate and manage projects from planning through closure, develop budgets and schedules, and coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Ideal candidates hold a PMP, 8+ years in construction management, and are proficient with CMMS and MS Office. You will ensure safety on site and oversee contract processes and payments.

Qualifications

• PMP certification required for lead role.
• 8+ years of construction management experience.
• Proficiency with CMMS and MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Initiate, plan, execute, monitor, and close construction projects across lifecycles.
• Develop project plans, budgets and schedules; manage risks and roadblocks.
• Review invoices, change orders, and contractor progress with site visits.
• Prepare RFPs/SOWs and review contract vehicles (AIA).
• Ensure jobsite safety in coordination with EHS staff.
