Muon Space is seeking a Senior BD Manager to own the end-to-end commercial and civil space business capture, from customer discovery and lead generation through qualification and closure. You will collaborate with cross-functional engineering and product teams to deliver integrated solutions across remote sensing, commercial satcom, and next-generation orbital infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical BD, aerospace or related field.
• 7+ years of BD or sales experience.
• Experience managing complex external relationships from pre-sales to execution.
• Bachelor-level technical or business degree; U.S. Person status for ITAR/EAR.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end commercial and civil space business capture.
• Lead customer discovery and lead generation to identify opportunities.
• Collaborate with Mission Engineering and Product to deliver integrated solutions.
• Manage active pipeline opportunities to increase deal velocity.
• Implement qualification criteria and price estimation frameworks for standard deals.
• Deliver market sizing reports and customer insights for new verticals.
• Oversee deal closure and seamless transition from pre-sales to execution.
