Redwire Space seeks an independent Business Development and Capture Manager, Sr. Lead to drive commercial and civil space pursuits.

This role will lead proposal efforts and be responsible for opportunities with commercial and civil space customers, domestically and internationally. Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in Business Development in space systems, proven ability to win complex contracts, and strong communication for multi-stakeholder environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical, business, or strategic discipline.
• 10+ years in Business Development with B2B/B2G experience.
• 8+ years in space systems, defense, or aerospace business development.
• Experience with proposal development and closing.
• Experience with government customers or commercial space.

Responsibilities

• Increase market penetration for avionics, GN&C components, and related systems.
• Identify potential customers and conduct market analysis.
• Lead proposals and manage multi-stakeholder bids.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships.
• Attend meetings and events to promote products and services.
