Renaissance Birmingham Ross Bridge Golf Resort and Spa is seeking a Spa Supervisor to lead the spa team and uphold exceptional guest experiences. You will supervise staff, manage inventory, and ensure smooth operations from arrival to departure.

The ideal candidate is a confident leader passionate about wellness and hospitality, with strong communication, empathy, and organizational skills to coach and develop team members while maintaining the highest service standards.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and support Spa staff to meet service standards.
• Maintain a daily communications log for Spa Associates.
• Monitor inventory and initiate re-orders with vendors.
• Prepare purchase orders for supplies as needed.
• Keep spa desk procedures updated with current policies.
• Coordinate group bookings and guest-specific needs.
• Review reservation activity for accuracy and availability of treatments.
• Inspect spa facilities regularly and address issues.
• Communicate staffing changes for arriving groups.
