The role oversees daily kitchen operations, recipe execution, purchasing, sanitation, and staff development, while aligning with budget goals and quality standards to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership experience with food service teams.
• Knowledge of HACCP and health/safety regulations.
• Experience implementing food quality standards and cost controls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily kitchen operations, menu execution, and parity with recipes.
• Train, supervise and develop staff to meet quality objectives.
• Monitor HACCP logs and sanitation standards.
• Manage food purchasing, inventory, and cost control.
• Coordinate with client and management to ensure high service levels.
