Ginger Hospitality is seeking a talented Senior Sous Chef to join a renowned Windemere venue, offering accommodation and a Michelin Star standard kitchen. You will work with seasonal produce to deliver high-quality dishes in a boutique hotel and restaurant setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Michelin Star kitchen or high-end restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of fresh, seasonal cooking and well presented dishes.
• Calm, organised and able to lead by example during service.
• Committed to consistency, cleanliness and kitchen standards.

Responsibilities

• Support the Head Chef with day-to-day running of the kitchen.
• Help deliver high quality seasonal dishes to a consistently excellent standard.
• Lead sections confidently and support the wider brigade through busy services.
• Assist with stock control, ordering, and minimising waste where possible.
• Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen organisation.
• Step into a leadership role when needed and help train junior chefs.
