Qualifications
- Experience in a Michelin Star kitchen or high-end restaurant.
- Strong knowledge of fresh, seasonal cooking and well presented dishes.
- Calm, organised and able to lead by example during service.
- Committed to consistency, cleanliness and kitchen standards.
Responsibilities
- Support the Head Chef with day-to-day running of the kitchen.
- Help deliver high quality seasonal dishes to a consistently excellent standard.
- Lead sections confidently and support the wider brigade through busy services.
- Assist with stock control, ordering, and minimising waste where possible.
- Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen organisation.
- Step into a leadership role when needed and help train junior chefs.
