Chef Results Limited is seeking a Senior Chef de Partie or Sous Chef to join a multi-outlet hotel and golf club renowned for fresh seasonal menus using locally sourced produce. You will support the Head Chef and oversee junior chefs in a fast-paced setting across outlets serving daytime snacks and formal dinners.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Senior Chef de Partie or Sous Chef in fast-paced kitchens.
• Knowledge of kitchen paperwork to assist Head Chef comply with kitchen legislation.

A multi outlet hotel and golf club that offers fresh seasonal menus using locally sourced produce is recruiting a Snr CDP or Sous chef. The facilities at the golf club provide meals for members in a variety of outlets including day time snacks and formal members dinners. The hotel is busy during the golf peak season in the summer months but is also used throughout the year as it is a popular wedding and events venue. As Sous Chef you will be working in a team of chefs supporting the Head Chef, and monitoring the junior chefs in a faced paced environment.

Requirements:

This role of would suit a driven Senior Chef de Partie or Sous Chef who has previous experience working in fast paced fresh food kitchens. Knowledge of kitchen paperwork is essential to assist the Head Chef to comply with kitchen legislation.
