Job summary

Chef Results Limited is seeking a Senior Sous Chef for a multi award winning four star country hotel that forms part of a private group of quality hotels. You will adapt to various cooking styles while managing the kitchen and supervising a brigade of 8 chefs, assisting the Head Chef in all aspects of food production from sourcing to service excellence.

Qualifications

• CVs will be considered from Senior Sous Chefs, it is important that they highlight experience working in busy kitchens serving multiple dining operations and busy banqueting operations for a minimum of 3 years and ideally with a minimum of 2 Rosette experience.
• A chef who has the drive and ability to push forward standards, be responsible for junior staff development and ensuring high levels of food standards are achieved.

Responsibilities

• Maintain day to day management of the kitchen and the supervision of the brigade of 8 chefs in the kitchen.
• Assist the Head Chef who has total responsibility for all aspects of food production, from sourcing suppliers to delivering customer excellence in the finished dish.
