Chef Results Limited is seeking a Chef de Partie for a luxury seaside hotel with Rosette-standard kitchens and multiple dining outlets. You will work across all sections to help prepare regularly changing seasonal menus and will receive strong training in a fast-paced, year-round operation.

You will be encouraged to contribute ideas during menu planning sessions and will join a brigade of 8 chefs in a hotel that offers award-winning dining, a lounge bar, private dining options, and opportunities

Qualifications

• Stable background as Chef de Partie in rosette kitchens.
• Experience across multiple dining outlets using fresh ingredients.
