• Provide regular updates on pipeline health and recruiting progress to stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in recruiting systems and dashboards.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of recruiting processes and tools.
• Partner with Hiring Managers to drive hiring initiatives for Brex's Engineering team.
• Attract and evaluate top engineering talent with strong AI experience and core skills.
