• Proven ability to engage and convert passive candidates with personalized outreach.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Data-driven mindset using sourcing metrics to refine strategy.
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority searches simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sourcing strategies for technical roles across engineering, data, product, AI, and other functions.
• Conduct market research, competitive intelligence, and talent mapping to inform hiring strategies and pipeline development.
• Proactively identify and engage passive candidates across platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, and other networks.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to align on candidate profiles and search strategies.
• Build and nurture long-term talent pipelines for critical roles and future skills.
• Champion diversity sourcing initiatives to attract underrepresented technical talent.
• Track and report on sourcing metrics to optimize outreach and pipeline health.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in recruiting systems and dashboards.
• Contribute to process improvements and knowledge sharing within the team.
