Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience sourcing for technical roles in fast‑growth environments.
• Expertise in Boolean search, talent mapping, and market research.
• Strong understanding of engineering org structures and emerging tech trends.
• Proven ability to engage passive candidates with personalized outreach.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sourcing strategies for technical roles across engineering, data, product, AI.
• Conduct market research, competitive intelligence, and talent mapping to inform hiring.
• Proactively engage passive candidates through outreach on LinkedIn, GitHub, and other networks.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to align on candidate profiles and search strategy.
• Build and nurture long-term pipelines for hard-to-fill roles and future skills.
• Champion diversity sourcing initiatives to attract diverse technical talent.
• Track, analyze, and report on sourcing metrics to optimize outreach.
• Maintain accurate candidate data and activity in recruiting systems and dashboards.
• Contribute to process improvements and knowledge sharing within the team.
