Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Sr. Procurement Manager to lead IT Infrastructure, Cloud and Telecom sourcing. You will shape category strategy, run multi-year plans, and drive cost reductions across cloud, hardware, services and telecom.

You will lead cross-functional negotiations and manage supplier relationships at senior levels in a global organization. The role requires extensive experience, strong analytics, and the ability to partner with IT, Legal, Finance and risk management teams to deliver

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of strategic sourcing experience in IT/ Telecom.
• Proven track record negotiating hyperscaler cloud agreements (Azure/AWS).
• Experience sourcing IT hardware, telecom and infrastructure services.
• Familiar with global, matrixed organizations and governance.
• C.P.M. or C.P.S.M. certification preferred; relevant cloud certs a plus.
• Strong math, analytical, negotiation and stakeholder leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi-year category strategies for IT Infrastructure and Telecom.
• Lead RFPs/RFIs, analyze spend, and report savings to senior leadership.
• Negotiate cloud, hardware, telecom and services agreements with enterprise terms.
• Partner with IT, Legal, Finance and risk management across regions.
• Mentor nearshore teams and ensure procurement governance compliance.
• Drive process improvements and enable autonomous category execution.
