Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation, a global leader in intelligent climate and energy solutions, is seeking a Manager, Strategic Sourcing – Digital & IT Procurement to lead sourcing initiatives across software, SaaS, cloud services, and IT hardware.

In this role you will partner with IT, Digital, Finance and Legal to drive value, manage supplier relationships, negotiate complex agreements, and support Carrier's digital transformation and procurement governance objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field required.
• 8+ years in strategic sourcing or procurement.
• 5+ years sourcing software, SaaS, cloud, telecom, or IT services.
• Strong negotiation and financial analysis skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in global organizations.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute category strategies for technology spend.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing, supplier assessments, RFx, negotiations and contracting.
• Partner with Legal and stakeholders to mitigate risk in deals.
• Manage strategic supplier relationships and performance reviews.
• Drive contract renewals, technology commitments and planning.
• Support governance, reporting and savings tracking.
