Job summary

• Recommend and sell wine to guests on the floor.
• Oversee inventory and maintenance of the wine cellar.
• Assist FOH/BOH with service and VIPs.
• Describe dinner features and menu changes to guests.
• Train staff in wine knowledge and service standards.
