Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead wine and bar programs and maintain high-visibility floor presence.
• Oversee ordering, vendor relations, and tasting appointments.
• Design wine offerings and coordinate with events and private dining.
• Manage beverage sales, budgets, and inventory reconciliations.
• Train and develop the bar and sommelier team; implement SOPs.
• Ensure sanitation, health, and safety standards across service areas.
