Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance, engineering, industrial technology, mathematics, or a similar field is required.
• Two years of experience in customer service, energy sales support, business development, account support, or a related field is required.
• Four years of experience in customer service, energy sales support, business development, account support, or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify, qualify, and evaluate potential customers and provide recommendations to sales representatives.
• Sales Process Support: Provide analytical and operational support for complex customer opportunities, including assessments, energy usage analysis, data gathering, and proposal preparation.
• CRM Management: Maintain accurate customer and pipeline information and support opportunity tracking, reporting, forecasting, and data quality across the sales organization.
• Relationship Building: Build productive, trust-based relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to support sales reps.
• Learning & Development: Maintain advanced knowledge of energy markets, regulations, products, and customer trends and share with less experienced analysts.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with sales support, pricing, operations, legal, risk, and product teams to support timely proposals and process improvements.
• Problem Solving: Evaluate complex customer needs, develop solution alternatives, and provide recommendations.
