Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop a portfolio of new small business customers for retail electric supply.
• Conduct cold calls and follow up on provided and self-generated leads.
• Collect account and meter data to access historical usage data for contracts.
• Enter customer information into CRM and track follow ups for opportunities.
• Pre-qualify opportunities and assess credit before pricing.
• Present AEP Energy value proposition to customers by phone.
• Close deals and manage proposal calls to meet monthly sales targets.
