Job summary
Skillsoft Corporation is seeking an experienced Solutions Partner to drive end-to-end workforce transformation solutions for enterprise customers. You will lead discovery with cross-functional executives, design scalable architectures, and align business outcomes with Skillsoft offerings and services.
The role blends advisory consulting, technical solution design, value realization planning, and executive engagement to realize measurable improvements in skills, leadership, and workforce
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in solution consulting, solution architecture, workforce transformation, or enterprise technology consulting.
- Experience engaging executive stakeholders and leading complex business and solution discussions.
- Strong understanding of enterprise HR, talent, learning, workforce development, leadership, or people transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic discovery with HR, Talent, Learning, IT, Data, Security, and executives to identify priorities and success measures.
- Own end-to-end solution strategy and architecture throughout the sales lifecycle.
- Advise on skills-based transformation, workforce planning, and learning strategy.
- Develop transformation roadmaps and value realization plans guiding technology and services.
