Job summary

Skillsoft is seeking an experienced Solutions Partner to serve as a senior client-facing advisor and solution architect. This role designs workforce transformation solutions aligned to business priorities, skills strategies, and measurable outcomes, guiding discovery, architecture, and value realization across customer lifecycles.

You will own the end-to-end strategy, collaborate with HR, IT, and business leaders, and craft executive narratives and business cases that connect investments to ROI

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in solution consulting, solution architecture, workforce transformation, or enterprise technology consulting with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience engaging executive stakeholders and leading complex business and solution discussions.
• Strong understanding of enterprise HR, talent, learning, workforce development, leadership, or people transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic discovery with broad buying committee across HR, Talent, Learning, IT, Data, Security, and executives.
• Own end-to-end solution strategy and architecture throughout the sales lifecycle.
• Define success criteria and provide solution oversight or delivery advisory support.
