Job summary

Broadreach Staffing is assisting a Greater Boston area client in hiring a Senior Solutions Marketing Manager. The role focuses on turning platform opportunities into packaged solutions with strong positioning, proof points, and go-to-market plans, collaborating with Sales, Product, and Partners.

You’ll lead use-case discovery, partner GTM efforts, and develop vertical plays, leveraging 6–10 years of B2B software marketing experience.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years in product marketing or solutions marketing in B2B software.
• Experience building use‑case or solution narratives from scratch.
• Experience building a joint go‑to‑market play with partners.
• A track record of keeping a growing body of solution content organized and current.
• Ability to translate a general platform story into an industry‑ or segment‑specific narrative.
• Ability to manage several concurrent workstreams without losing quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery of use cases and solutions, turning opportunities into positioning, proof points, and launch content.
• Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Product to develop go-to-market for solutions.
• Develop industry/vertical solution plays with input from the field and a repeatable process.
