Qualifications

• BS degree in industrial engineering, operations or related field.
• Experience designing warehouse automation, particularly conveyor layouts.
• Strong business acumen and ability to communicate with customers and internal teams.
• Proficient with MS Excel and MS Project; able to read AutoCAD/SolidWorks drawings.
• Willingness to travel 25% or more.

Responsibilities

• Pre-Sales: analyze customer data, propose solutions, and present to support the sales process.
• Prototype Development: define, manage, and transition POC activities with engineering and operations.
• Solution Application Strategy: identify new opportunities and align with product management on prioritization.
