Job summary

Profit Recovery Partners, a leading management consulting firm, is seeking an Associate Director in Solutions Management in Santa Ana, CA. This onsite role focuses on managing client savings programs and expanding opportunities across client spend.

You will mentor 2-4 direct reports and collaborate across departments to ensure successful engagements. You will work with C-level clients to achieve service levels, use data analysis to optimize operations, and drive measurable cost-reduction results

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or related field.
• 8+ years of relevant consulting or related experience.
• 3+ years of management/supervisory experience.
• Excellent verbal and written skills.
• Excellent quantitative and qualitative skills.

Responsibilities

• Alongside Director, manage and own book of business in meeting or exceeding client objectives.
• Partner with clients at the C-level to meet service levels per the service agreement.
• Leverage data analysis to optimize client operations and reduce G&A expenses.
