Job summary

Profit Recovery Partners, LLC is seeking an experienced consultant to join our Santa Ana office in a fully onsite role. You will lead vendor management initiatives, analyze client contracts, and negotiate favorable terms to drive value for Fortune 1000 clients.

You will collaborate across functions, manage deliverables with SmartSheet and CRM platforms, and mentor junior staff while advancing complex engagements from ideation to execution.

Qualifications

• 8-11 years of experience in consulting, vendor management, or business analysis.
• Deep functional expertise in spend categories (e.g., IT, telecom, facilities).
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel; ability to synthesize large data sets.
• Exceptional communication and client-facing presentation skills.
• Project management experience and familiarity with tools to manage deliverables such as SmartSheet and Project Management CRM strategies.

Responsibilities

• As the subject matter expert, drive value for existing accounts and projects.
• Analyze client infrastructure, vendor contracts, and pricing to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to develop tailored client solutions.
• Lead complex vendor negotiations to secure favorable terms for clients.
• Deliver actionable insights and present findings to client stakeholders.
• Proactively identify client challenges and propose strategic/operational solutions.
