Profit Recovery Partners in Santa Ana seeks an Associate Director in Solutions Management to lead client accounts, drive savings, and mentor a team. You will collaborate with C-level clients and cross-functional teams to maximize value and ensure program success.

This onsite role emphasizes hands-on leadership, data-driven decision making, and proactive issue resolution, with responsibilities spanning strategy, vendor negotiations, and expanding savings opportunities across client portfolios.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or related field.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in consulting or a related field.
• 3+ years of management/supervisory experience.
• Excellent verbal and written skills.
• Excellent quantitative and qualitative skills.
• Upselling ability with C-level clients and handling objections.
• Attention to detail; able to lead complex projects on time.
• High degree of urgency.

Aufgaben

• Alongside Director, manage and own book of business in meeting or exceeding client objectives.
• Partner with clients at the C-level to meet service levels per the agreement.
• Leverage data analysis to optimize client operations and reduce G&A expenses.
• Identify trends in complex data sets to advise on spend practices.
• Anticipate client issues and propose solutions for success.
• Work cross-functionally to ensure savings analyses during implementation.
• Manage 2-4 direct reports and mentor team members across departments.
• Other duties as assigned.
