Qualifications

• 7–15 years of consulting, vendor management, or business analysis.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize large data sets.
• Exceptional communication and client-facing presentation skills.
• Project management experience and familiarity with SmartSheet and CRM strategies.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client infrastructure, vendor contracts, and pricing structures to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to develop solutions tailored to client needs.
• Lead complex negotiations with vendors to secure favorable terms for clients.
• Deliver actionable insights and present findings to client stakeholders.
• Proactively identify client challenges and recommend strategic and operational solutions.
• Create deliverables such as data analyses, reports, and client presentations.
• Serve as an internal resource for functional expertise and thought leadership.
