Job summary

Scienaptic, the world’s leading AI-powered Credit Underwriting platform, seeks a Solutions leader to work with Sales, Client Engagement, Marketing, Product and Delivery teams in the US. You will blend lending domain expertise with technical depth to influence CXOs and drive revenue.

In this consultative leadership role you will shape deal strategies, lead discovery, deliver customized demos, build ROI models, and ensure smooth handover to delivery.

Qualifications

• 12+ years total experience in lending or credit risk.
• 5+ years in solutions consulting, presales or management consulting, selling enterprise SaaS/analytics.
• Proven record of winning complex enterprise deals with banks, credit unions or fintechs and influencing CXO-level buyers.
• Deep understanding of the credit lifecycle: origination, underwriting, account management and collections.

Responsibilities

• Partner with US frontend teams on high-priority opportunities and develop deal-winning strategies.
• Lead discovery conversations with prospects to understand lending challenges and position Scienaptic's solutions.
• Act as senior solutions point of contact for CXOs and technology leaders through the sales cycle.
• Build ROI models and business cases quantifying financial and operational impact (e.g., approvals, loss rates, turnaround).
• Lead customized product demonstrations and articulate differentiation against competitors.
• Coordinate with internal teams on integrations, AI/ML capabilities, data requirements and feasibility.
• Shape solution scope and success criteria for smooth handover to Delivery.
• Develop presales materials and competitive battlecards with Marketing.
• Raise solution-selling capability across US frontend teams via playbooks and coaching.
