Ladders is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead complex cross-functional technical initiatives in the Finance & Insurance space. This remote role requires strong technical fluency, disciplined program management and the ability to manage dependencies and risks in a fast-paced environment.

You will drive planning, execution and post-launch follow-through, coordinating with product, engineering, procurement and other stakeholders to keep programs aligned and well-governed.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in technical program management or similar role.
• Strong technical background in software development or related domains.
• Proficiency with project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage dependencies, risks and post-launch follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end planning and execution of complex, cross-functional technical programs.
• Serve as primary point of contact for stakeholders including product and engineering teams.
• Develop and maintain program roadmaps, scope, timelines and deliverables.
• Monitor program health, identify risks and implement corrective actions.
• Partner with Procurement to negotiate vendor contracts and manage vendor relationships.
• Identify and manage cross-team dependencies for seamless integration.
• Coordinate post-launch activities, including monitoring adoption and collecting feedback.

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will drive the planning and execution of complex, cross-functional technical initiatives that support business priorities and delivery outcomes. You will serve as a central connector across product, engineering, procurement, and other stakeholders to keep programs aligned, on track, and well-governed. The position requires strong technical fluency, disciplined program management, and the ability to manage dependencies, risks, and post-launch follow-through in a fast-moving environment.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $128,700 – $214,600 annually

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end planning and execution of complex, cross-functional technical programs
• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including product managers and engineering teams
• Develop and maintain program roadmaps, scope, timelines, and deliverables
• Monitor program health, identify risks, and implement corrective actions
• Partner with Procurement to negotiate vendor contracts and manage vendor relationships
