Job summary

TechLink Resources, Inc. is seeking a Senior Program Manager - Solutions Engineering in Burbank, CA. This hybrid role requires guiding cross-functional teams through discovery, requirements definition, and delivery of scalable technology solutions that address business challenges.

You will spearhead intake, problem-framing, and stakeholder communication, ensuring platform fit and reuse opportunities while coordinating from discovery to adoption and outcome validation in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience in Program Management, Technical Program Management, Solutions Engineering, Business Systems, Product Operations, or a similar role.
• Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from ambiguous discovery through implementation and adoption.
• Strong experience translating business and operational needs into structured requirements, workflows, user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical handoffs.
• Experience partnering closely with Product Management and Engineering teams.
• Strong systems thinking, root-cause analysis, problem-solving, prioritization, and organizational skills.
• Ability to evaluate whether a business need should be solved through an existing capability, workflow change, automation, integration, product enhancement, or new investment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, facilitation, presentation, and executive stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple high-impact initiatives with competing priorities and dependencies.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead intake, discovery, and problem-framing for complex workflow, tooling, data, automation, and technology initiatives.
• Work directly with stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate ambiguous requests into clear, actionable requirements.
• Develop business requirements, process maps, user stories, acceptance criteria, dependencies, and measurable outcomes.
• Partner closely with Product Management and Engineering to evaluate potential solutions and platform fit.
• Help identify opportunities to reuse or improve existing platforms, integrations, workflows, automations, and technology capabilities.
• Coordinate initiatives from initial discovery through delivery, business readiness, adoption, and outcome validation.
• Manage cross-functional dependencies, risks, decisions, owners, and stakeholder expectations.
• Identify recurring business needs that could become reusable solutions, standards, or platform enhancements.
• Use approved AI tools and reusable capabilities to support research, documentation, requirements development, intake routing, and backlog management.
• Develop executive updates, decision materials, documentation, training resources, and operational guidance.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders while effectively representing business needs to technical teams.
