Job summary

Broadcast Music, Inc. is seeking a Manager, Sr. Program Management to lead delivery of high-impact technology programs within the PgMO. You will supervise a small team, coach program managers, and ensure governance and execution excellence across multiple workstreams.

The role centers on aligning priorities with Technology leadership, managing risks and dependencies, and delivering executive-ready updates with credibility and transparency. This position is remote within the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or related field preferred or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of five (5) years leading complex, cross-functional programs.
• Experience coaching or managing program management professionals.

Responsibilities

• Owns delivery of complex, high-impact technology programs with disciplined planning and execution.
• Leads cross-functional teams (Technology, Product, Operations, UX, business) to drive outcomes and manage interdependencies.
• Provides people leadership for 1–2 Program Managers, setting expectations and coaching growth.
• Owns workload planning, capacity balancing, and sequencing to support predictable delivery.
• Reviews program plans and executive materials to ensure quality and clarity.
