Qualifications

• 8+ years in Program Management or related field.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives from discovery through implementation and adoption.
• Experience gathering requirements, creating user stories, process flows, acceptance criteria, and technical handoffs.
• Ability to work effectively with Product Management and Engineering teams.
• Problem-solving, systems-thinking, prioritization, and organizational skills.
• Executive communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead intake, discovery, and problem-framing activities for workflow, tooling, automation, data, and technology initiatives.
• Translate stakeholder needs into clear business outcomes, requirements, process maps, user stories, dependencies, and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with Product Management to evaluate solutions using existing platforms, integrations, automations, or product enhancements.
• Collaborate with Engineering to ensure requirements are actionable, testable, and aligned with business needs.
• Drive initiatives through discovery, delivery coordination, business readiness, adoption, and outcome validation.
• Promote a platform-first and reuse-first mindset by leveraging existing tools, capabilities, automations, and AI-powered solutions.
• Identify opportunities to convert recurring business needs into reusable standards, patterns, workflows, or shared capabilities.
• Facilitate cross-functional discussions, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure stakeholder alignment.
• Create executive presentations, decision documents, training materials, and operational guidance.
• Utilize approved AI tools and agents to support research, documentation, intake routing, and requirements development.

Our client seeks a Senior Program Manager, Solutions Engineering to translate complex creative and operational challenges into scalable technology solutions. This stakeholder-facing role within the Tools, Workflows & Technology organization leads intake, discovery, requirements gathering, and solution evaluation. The position emphasizes problem definition and solution discovery before scope or implementation plans are established, partnering with Product and Engineering to drive implementation, adoption, and measurable outcomes.

Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $80.00 to $90.00/hr. w2

• 8+ years in Program Management, Technical Program Management, Product Operations, Business Analysis, Solutions Engineering, Business Systems, Creative Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from discovery through implementation and adoption.
• Background in gathering requirements, creating user stories, process flows, acceptance criteria, and technical handoffs.
• Ability to work effectively with Product Management and Engineering teams.
• Problem-solving, systems-thinking, prioritization, and organizational skills.
• Executive communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience managing multiple initiatives simultaneously in fast-paced environments with competing priorities.

Education Requirements
