Job summary

TechLink Resources, Inc. is seeking a Senior Program Manager - Solutions Engineering in Burbank, CA. This hybrid role requires guiding cross-functional teams through discovery, requirements definition, and delivery of scalable technology solutions that address business challenges.

You will spearhead intake, problem-framing, and stakeholder communication, ensuring platform fit and reuse opportunities while coordinating from discovery to adoption and outcome validation in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience in Program Management, Technical Program Management, Solutions Engineering, Business Systems, Product Operations, or a similar role.
• Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from ambiguous discovery through implementation and adoption.
• Strong experience translating business and operational needs into structured requirements, workflows, user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical handoffs.
• Experience partnering closely with Product Management and Engineering teams.
• Strong systems thinking, root-cause analysis, problem-solving, prioritization, and organizational skills.
• Ability to evaluate whether a business need should be solved through an existing capability, workflow change, automation, integration, product enhancement, or new investment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, facilitation, presentation, and executive stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple high-impact initiatives with competing priorities and dependencies.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant professional experience.

• Use approved AI tools and reusable capabilities to support research, documentation, requirements development, intake routing, and backlog management.
• Develop executive updates, decision materials, documentation, training resources, and operational guidance.

Senior Program Manager - Solutions Engineering

Work Schedule: Hybrid - 4 days onsite, Fridays remote

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Program Manager - Solutions Engineering to help transform complex creative, operational, and business needs into clear, scalable technology solutions.

This is a highly cross-functional role that sits between business stakeholders, Product Management, and Engineering. You will lead the early stages of complex initiatives by understanding stakeholder challenges, defining the underlying business problem, developing clear requirements, and helping determine the best path forward.

Rather than assuming every request requires a new product or technology build, you will help evaluate whether the need can be addressed through an existing platform, workflow improvement, configuration change, integration, automation, AI-enabled capability, or incremental product enhancement.
