Job summary

Qualifications

• 7-10 years in Technical Program Management or related IT leadership roles.
• Proven experience managing multiple concurrent programs in complex environments.
• Strong understanding of backend systems, APIs, services, and platform architecture.
• High-level technical understanding for collaboration with engineering teams.
• Ability to influence without authority and strong negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage 3+ simultaneous, high-impact programs across Entertainment platforms.
• Develop program strategy and align with enterprise goals.
• Drive end-to-end program delivery on time and budget.
• Build and maintain program roadmaps and quarterly plans.
• Track milestones and lead negotiations for cross-team alignment.
