You will act as a strategic architect, bridging executive business goals with cutting-edge technology that powers them. You will mentor a high-impact team, oversee technical sales management, and translate corporate strategies into revenue-generating initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience, including managing other managers.
• Extensive Solutions Engineering leadership experience specifically within the Service Provider sector.
• Deep understanding of the Americas Service Provider market landscape and ability to translate complex technical requirements into business value.
• Technological fluency in Wireline and Wireless trends; able to communicate with engineering leaders and C-suite stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Mentor and guide a high-impact team of Solutions Engineering Managers and ICs.
• Oversee technical sales management and translate strategies into revenue-generating initiatives.
• Maintain awareness of Wireline and Wireless trends to align customer roadmaps with future networking.
• Build relationships with CXOs and key stakeholders to position Cisco as a partner.
• Coordinate between Engineering, Customer Experience, and Marketing to deliver cohesive, scalable solutions.
