Cisco Systems, Inc. is seeking a Solutions Engineering Leader for the Americas Service Provider organization to shape the future of connectivity for Canada, Latin America and US SP customers.
You will bridge executive business goals with cutting-edge technology and act as the technical face of Cisco for the region. You will mentor a high-impact team of managers and ICs, oversee technical sales, and transform strategies into scalable, revenue-driving initiatives while staying ahead of Wireline
Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience managing managers and a high-impact team.
- Extensive Solutions Engineering leadership in the Service Provider sector.
- Deep understanding of the Americas Service Provider market landscape.
- Ability to translate complex technical requirements into business value.
- Fluency communicating technical concepts with engineering leaders and C-suite stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor Solutions Engineering Managers and ICs to flawless execution of technical strategy.
- Oversee technical sales management and translate corporate strategies into revenue-generating initiatives.
- Align Wireline and Wireless trends with customer roadmaps and Cisco strategy.
