Responsibilities

• Manage the SE team including performance evaluations, PTO approvals, workload delegation and coaching.
• Develop SE skills assessment and job planning.
• Ensure SE team is customer focused and aligned with business goals.
• Drive product requirements and collaboration with units to support sales.
• Maintain customer/partner relationships and ensure customer success.
• Provide feasibility analysis to support sales efforts with reps.
