Responsibilities

• Lead engineers delivering technology solutions with Angular, SpringBoot, NodeJS/GraphQL.
• Collaborate with multiple partners and senior leaders across CVS Health.
• Provide technical oversight for distributed systems at scale.
• Direct, mentor and retain a high-performing engineering team.
• Establish KPIs/OKRs and optimize system performance and delivery.
