This role drives the full SDLC and collaborates with Product, Data, Infrastructure, and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering experience with at least 5+ years leading projects or managing direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Own risk mitigation and production stability by identifying vulnerabilities, leading root cause analysis, and driving timely resolution of complex production issues.
• Oversee the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) with modern engineering standards, secure coding, and scalable architecture.
• Collaborate with Product, Data, Infrastructure, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions and ensure efficient delivery pipelines.
• Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and lead innovation through proofs-of-concept and technology selection.
• Build and develop high-performing engineering teams through hiring, performance evaluations, and knowledge sharing.
