Job summary
CVS Health is seeking a Senior Manager - Solution Engineering to lead engineers building best-in-class member experiences. You will partner with Strategy, Operations, Pharmacy, and other teams to design, develop, test, and support complex enterprise solutions in a fast-paced environment.
You’ll drive technical strategy, mentor engineers, and ensure value delivery through KPIs and OKRs while staying ahead of technology trends, including AI, in a collaborative, cross-functional setting.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of IT experience with a strong focus on engineering and software development.
- 5+ years of hands-on cloud development in GCP/any public/local cloud, along with building applications using Java frameworks.
- 1+ year using generative AI as an integrated component in software solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead engineers to design and deliver technology solutions.
- Coordinate with multiple departments across CVS Health.
- Provide technical oversight for distributed systems at scale.
- Mentor and retain a high-performing engineering team.
- Establish KPIs/OKRs and monitor performance.
- Stay current with industry trends and technologies.
