Exotec, a robotics leader, seeks a senior professional to lead high-impact solution design from concept to delivery. You will shape logistics strategies, translate challenges into compelling sales strategies, and align stakeholders across global teams.

With strong pre-sales experience and leadership, you will mentor others, collaborate with partners, and support Sales through complex projects. International travel and a fast-growing environment await.

Competenze

• Experience selling complex solutions in warehouse automation.
• Engineering or supply chain background with track record in complex solution design.
• Experience engaging with demanding customers in pre-sales or solution-driven environment.
• Fluent in English and French; comfortable operating in an international context.

• Lead the design of high-impact, complex solutions from concept to delivery.
• Shape customers’ logistics strategies by challenging the status quo and proposing innovative, value-driven alternatives.
• Translate customer challenges into compelling technical sales strategies.
• Influence stakeholders by articulating value and building technical alignment.
• Collaborate with partners and suppliers to co-create best-in-class solutions.
• Drive technical excellence and support Sales through complex project leadership.
• Act as a recognized expert in a key technical domain to elevate team capabilities.
• Create training content and share best practices.
• Travel twice a month to visit clients and once a month to the headquarters near Lille.
